I like how this home combines environments. It's modern but cozy and it has some tropical and themes in greenery, Japanese bar too and of course elegant touches. Thanks Hameda and Luxe List team, now there's no Sunday without you guys. 😊

My dream home has exactly these requirements - spacious master bedroom, lots of storage, separate hot and cold kitchen, greenery or a view, pool, office room, lots of natural light, spacious closets, his and her closets, his and her master bathrooms
I appreciate the beautiful and decent maids room. You can see here that they instead make this house for a living and not just a house you rent for 3 days and go. Also the designer/s didn't disregard the maids existence and I appreciate that point.

I love the home and the design is beautiful. The one negative for me would be the black stair case with smoked glass. I would have rather seen the designer go with a white stair case, clear glass and incorporate as much of the wood elements, that are found around the rest of the home, into the stair case design.
The property is absolutely beautiful. In the beginning, the interior walls looked too sterile with the white paint, but your video was long enough to reel me in at the end. I'll take it!
